OK, we admit it. We can resist anything except temptation!
But seriously, we've had more than a few people ask us to consider coming out of retirement. So we've had a re-think. Things have improved workwise, and the biggest hurdle we faced has been successfully navigated. We may have a little bit of spare time in the New Year - just a little bit!
And so - as of 1 January 2010, Keeping Stock will be back in business, albeit on a limited basis. We're going to be disciplined, and we're not going to try and set any records (then again, we've said that before!), and postings will not be as frequent as they became before we sidelined ourselves.
We'll also be doing some shoulder-tapping to share the workload. We had made a couple of approaches before we went into exile, so those will be renewed. But Keeping Stock is OUR forum, and it will predominantly stay that way; just with a bit of added input from people who may see the world differently to the way that we see it.
In the meantime all that's left is to wish all our loyal readers (both of you!) a very Merry Christmas, and a prosperous New Year. We'll be jumping off the treadmill late tomorrow afternoon, and heading south to celebrate the miraculous birth which was of such significance that it divided the passage of time.
May God bless you and your whanau richly this Christmas season and beyond.
