Mrs Inventory and I got back from Christchurch earlier in the evening after a very pleasant break in the Garden City - great weather, great food, great coffee (recommend the brand-new Coffee Culture at Bush Inn!!) and a very relaxing time with the in-laws. We again enjoyed the Kaitaki Lounge on the Interislander, but Cook Strait was a non-event - hardly a wave in sight, much to our disappointment!!
So it's home safe and sound, and now that I've got the new laptop hooked into the home network, seamless blogging will ensue. But meantime my attention is focused on the last few overs of the cricket in Christchurch....
