The Friday Forum - 8/8/08
It's Friday again. So welcome to Keeping Stock's Friday Forum. The forecast southerly has just this moment arrived in Wangavegas, and the outlook for the weekend isn't great, so pull up a chair, and tell us what's on your mind. As always, this is YOUR place to rant, rave, vent, concoct conspiracy theories (in case any NZ First supporters visit!) or just share your view on the world.

What a week! Peters is still posturing; the Privileges committee is pondering; we've had a bugging and break in - and someone's been going through the rubbish both literally and figuratively.
But the sun is shining in North Otago & maybe next week will be better.
You don't have to rub it in about the weather HP!! It's been fair hosing down here since mid-morning, and the prospects of golf at the weekend aren't looking too good!
I2, You know your blogroll's not active. It was very useful to see at a glance who had posted something new...
homepaddocy, they've collared the rubbish-stealing suspect.
Oh, and the sun's shining in Auckland too. Must be time for a latte... ;)
"Must be time for a latte.." - sheesh JP - you're taking this JAFA persona a bit far aren't you! As for the blogroll, it has come and gone a bit today. I think blogger.com had a planned outage today, so that may or may not explain it. But yes, it is a helpful tool.
The blogroll seems to be working fine now JP, and you are at the top of the list!
I'm honoured. I'm also pleased to see that you've given some prominence to MacDoctor's post on herceptin. I was thinking of doing that myself, but have much work to do today in between lattes.
That was a great post from MacDoctor. Homepaddaock has posted again on the Herceptin decision, and has rounded up a diverse range of opinions. I freely admit that I don't know squat about the scientific side of the argument, but I do believe that it is interesting that we are so out-of-step with other OECD countries. Perhaps our guys have accessed the best scientific information - for the sake of women sufferring from the Her-2 positive strain of breast cancer, I hope so.
